We offer refunds as an option to our customers.  Please contact us prior to returning your items.  All returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn or altered from its original shipping form.  Sale items, accessories and intimate clothing are non-refundable.  Merchandise must be returned to us at our PO Box within 14 days from our postmarked date. 

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returning shipping charges are your responsibility.  We recommend you track your package, as we are not responsible for lost packages.  Allow 2-5 business days from receipt of your package for us to process your refund.  Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
